By clicking on a ticket number, a new tab opens in the overlay containing the incident details, description and attachments, as well as any comments regarding the incident.
The attachments section allows you to upload and download any files regarding the incident.
The comments section allows you to add new comments, such as updates or extra information regarding the incident.
It is possible to sort the tickets by each column header by clicking them.
It is also possible to filter tickets by their Status and Category using the drop down menus.
It is possible to have multiple incidents open simultaneously.
